2. How do I make payments?

3. Can an order be placed online by credit card?
Credit card processing is currently not available online. Commercial Metal Forming is working to add this option for our customers. If you wish to place an order using a credit card, please contact your customer service representative.

5. What is the lead time on parts ordered from Commercial Metal Forming?
Commercial Metal Forming stocks over 400 different tank head and tank accessory items available within 24 hours. If the parts you need are not in stock, please contact us for lead time information.
6. How do I request a quote?
For a quote on tank heads, please click on the Request a Tank Head Quote page. Provide as much information as possible and submit the form. A representative of Commercial Metal Forming will contact you with the quote or for additional information.
To request a quote on custom stampings, please go to the Contact Us page. Select the button for custom stampings, complete the information, and submit the form. A representative of Commercial Metal Forming will contact you for any specifics needed to provide a quote.
7. How do I return products?
If you need to return the product(s) received, please contact your customer service representative using the "Contact Us" form, through direct email, or by phone. Your representative will work with you to resolve the problem and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA #) needed for the return. Products should be returned within 30 days of issuance of the RMA #.
8. What if my shipment is incorrect?

9. Does Commercial Metal Forming have a minimum order total requirement?
We do accept orders for small quantities and amounts. However, credit card payments are required for any orders less than $500.
